Q1. What products do you offer? 

A: We have two main parts in the business scope, one is Pet Products,
the other is Industrial Products. For Pet Products, we aim to become a high-end, solution oriented one stop supplier in this industry. Our products cover a wide range of the tools and equipment in pet business, like grooming tables, dryers, cages, kennels, bathing tubs, SPA machines, operation tables, shadowless lights, DR, ultrasound, infusion pump, ICU, incubator, whelping box and many other small items. On industrial side, we have divisions referring to industrial dust blower, livestock dryer, car detailing dryer, lice machine, industrial lifting table, etc.

Q2. Do you work with small buyers and support custom design?

A: We are more than glad to work with smaller buyers to help them grow their business. Besides we can offer customization and have our own in-house photo studio, graphic and product designing team, and custom designing a logo, packaging or product is always part of our service.

Q4. Is there any discount and promotions?

A: Many of our products have buy 10, get 1 free promotion. You can enjoy the wholesale price if your single order over than 5000$ or close to 5000$, we will free charge $300 handling fee for you. (Handling fee depends on volume, volume more, handing fee more.

Because the volume is big, need to ship by sea or airfreight.

Q5. What about the production time and payment?

A: The production time is about 15-45 days according to the order. The payment method is TT. Generally, 50% deposit is paid before production and 50% balance payment is paid before shipment. There have strong after-sales service, within one year if the fault is not by human, we can send accessories free to you, and provide technical support over the phone.
